Are you able to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions?

There are certain dietary restrictions that we are unable to accommodate, including, but not limited to: salt, soy, seaweed, & seafood. Any dietary restrictions presented unexpectedly at the counter may not be accommodated.
We are not able to make substitutions for aversions, as this will compromise the integrity of the experience. And, at the moment, we are unable to accommodate vegetarians & vegans . Upon booking, email info@4springstreet.com and our culinary team will do our best to accommodate your restrictions with at least 72 hours notice.
